Mansfield Nonprofit Housing Development Corporation (MNHDC)

MNHDC is dedicated to promoting the general welfare of the community of Mansfield, CT, by developing housing for low and moderate income people and integrating affordable and market rate housing units in a single complex.  

Currently, MNHDC is in the process of developing its sole property, Eagleville Green, located at the corner of South Eagleville and Maple Roads. The Mansfield Housing Authority (MHA) is the property manager for MNHDC.  It has the experience and a solid track record of managing other affordable income facilities and programs in Mansfield including:

• Wright’s Village (moderate income elderly/disabled housing)

• Holinko Estates (moderate income family housing)

• Section 8 (housing choice voucher program for low income)

MHA will receive a fee for this management.
